**All bookings are to be made via our website or txt/phone **Please drop off your cat or be here to collect your cat at the organised time (if running early or late, please arrange another time to avoid confusion with other clients coming in) **Only one client to be coming into the cattery foyer at a time **All payments are to be made online via internet banking or via Ruralco.
DROPPING OFF YOUR CAT: Drop off your cat in their travel cage by coming into the cattery foyer area where I will meet you. If bringing their food or belongings, I would really appreciate you limiting what you will be bringing in just for ease of handling, we have plenty of toys, scratch posts, warm fluffy blankets and comfortable beds for all units! I will use gloves and sanitiser for transferring your cat in and out of their travel cage. Unfortunately, currently you cannot come into the cattery to settle your cat but you can be rest assured they will be getting the full treatment as usual to ensure they have everything they need!! If you have been in contact with Covid-19 OR are unwell PLEASE do not come to the cattery.
COLLECTING YOUR CAT Please be on time to collect your cat as I will have them ready in their travel cage waiting to go home! I will bring out to your vehicle and place the cage by your vehicle... if it is raining of course I will pop them into your backseat!! If you have been in contact with Covid-19 OR are unwell PLEASE do not come to the cattery.
