6. Service Provider Responsibilities 6.1 Standard of Care The Service Provider agrees to exercise reasonable care and attention while the pet is in their care. While all reasonable precautions are taken, the Service Provider cannot guarantee that incidents, illness, injuries, or escapes will never occur. 6.2 Feeding and Care Instructions The Service Provider will follow feeding, medication, and care instructions provided by the Owner where reasonably practical and operationally possible. 6.3 Group and Social Environments The Owner understands that some services may involve interaction with other pets in supervised environments. The Service Provider reserves the right to separate, isolate, or remove pets from group activities where necessary for safety or welfare. 6.4 Grooming and HygieneThe Service Provider may carry out basic hygiene or grooming procedures necessary for the comfort, cleanliness, health, or safety of the pet. 7. Veterinary and Emergency Care 7.1 Emergency Treatment If the pet becomes ill, injured, or requires urgent veterinary attention, the Service Provider may:

However, the Owner acknowledges that animal care environments involve inherent risks that cannot be completely eliminated. 9. Abandoned Pets If a pet is not collected and the Owner cannot be contacted within a reasonable period after the booking end date, the Service Provider may consider the pet abandoned.
