All bookings are to be made via our website, Facebook messenger, or text/phone
Please drop off, or be here to collect your cat at the organised time (if running early or late, please phone or text to avoid confusion with other clients coming in)
Only two clients (from the same car) to come into the cattery foyer at a time, 1m distancing.
Masks must be worn.
Please use the COVID tracing app to scan in.
Payments can be made via online banking or cash.
DROPPING OFF YOUR CAT:
Drop off your cat in their travel cage by coming into the cattery foyer area where we will meet you. If bringing their food or belongings, we would appreciate you limiting what you will be bringing in for ease of handling, We have plenty of toys, scratch posts, warm fluffy blankets and comfortable beds for all units.
You cannot come into the cattery to settle your cat but rest assured they will be getting the full treatment as usual to ensure they have everything they need!
If you have been in contact with Covid-19 OR are unwell PLEASE DO NOT come to the cattery.
COLLECTING YOUR CAT:
Please be on time to collect your cat to ensure we stay under our capacity limits.
We will bring your cat out to you in the foyer, in their travel cage.

We DO NOT require a vaccine pass, as we will limit numbers in our foyer. However we do require face masks to be worn and clients to scan in. This is due to the nature of our business, in that most people we come in contact with have or will be travelling. We believe this will be doing our part to keep everyone safe and healthy, and hopefully prevent any community transmission of Covid-19 THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING!
