Due to cancelled bookings and late date changes, some of our valued customers were unable to book the dates they wanted, and missed out on their bookings when there was actually room here.
Next Christmas/New Year we will be requiring a non-refundable, 50% deposit, and confirmed dates by 31 October. (Deposit to be paid within 5 days of booking if after Oct 31, or booking will be cancelled) We will also be charging the full booking should you change dates at late notice, and we can't fill the space. This keeps it fair for everyone, and enables us to run our business without loss.

Yay, we are moving to level 2!
To ensure we keep our customers and ourselves safe, we will be following the government rules and guidelines for level 2.
Was a bit cold here last night for us. The heater went on in the cattery. They all have snuggly blankets in their beds, and we put some cat igloos in as well last night. have been looking at getting some more igloos today, especially for those older cats that feel the cold due to age. We also have pet electric blankets, and hot water bottles, which the cats appreciate cuddling up to.
We would like to insulate the cattery in the future to help with both heating in winter, and cooling in summer. Well we finally made it! After a breakdown north of Kaikoura, we made it to our new home! Big thanks to Bronny and family for making us feel so welcome, with a warm fire already lit, and pens for our menagerie. I'm heading back up North for another load, but Scott is settling in, and overseeing the furniture guys. Handover day today, Scott and Jann have made the move from Northland, along with their two cats Tom & Beavis, dog Axel, miniature ponies Reilly & Flinn, and kunekune pigs Grunter & Kune. They look forward to meeting you, and getting to know your fur babies.
